Clean room, great staff

I have no complaints about this hotel, very centrally located, clean, updated, very friendly to international travelers. Check in desk was english friendly (and friendly overall), check in process was easy, when I got to the room it was spotless. I've seen reviews about the noise on the street facing side, I was on the backside and didn't hear a peep during my stay. When it comes to the room itself, I have no complaints, very spacious, updated and clean. There is a water purification system in the lobby and they provide two bottles of water upon arrival that you can reuse / refill as needed. Surrounding area has so much going on, I walked to most of the places I wanted to visit, miscellaneous bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants and bars and was never more than a 10 minute uber from anywhere else I wanted to go. Great property, very helpful staff and I would definitely re-book if traveling to Mexico City again

Great experience top to bottom. Top notch service, great hidden gem of a restaurant on the roof. Close to so many things. Rooms were great.

I keep coming back to this hotel. Excellent staff, lap pool, walking distance to El Batán Park where I can run, desk long enough for two people, just ask for an extra chair.

Wonderful architecture, gorgeous fabulous rooms. One super front desk person Antonio Del Prado helped solve problems no other employee knew how
